66950. This title shall be known and may be cited as the Lake Tahoe Acquisitions Bond Act. (Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 305, Sec. 1. Operative January 1, 1983, by Sec. 2 of Ch. 305.)

66951. It is found and declared that: (a) The waters of Lake Tahoe and other resources of the region are threatened with deterioration or degeneration which endangers the natural beauty and economic productivity of the region.
