118405. Unsanitary packing material shall not be used until it has been cleaned and disinfected to the satisfaction of the Department of Food and Agriculture, the department, or the agents of either or both, or by a county health officer. 118415. Every person who knowingly packs any goods intended for delivery to other parties or for transportation by common carriers with unsanitary packing material is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
