Section 15032.
15032. Every advertisement by a licensee soliciting or advertising business shall contain his or her name, address, or license number as they appear in the records of the commissioner. The commissioner may adopt regulations defining the term “advertisement” as used in this section. (Added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 1202, Sec. 1.)
