Section 1705.1.

1705.1. The remedies provided in this chapter are not exclusive and shall be in addition to any other remedies or procedures provided in any other law, including Section 17500 of the Business and Professions Code. (Added by Stats. 2009, Ch. 286, Sec. 3. (AB 1319) Effective January 1, 2010.)

Section 1705.3.

1705.3. If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held unconstitutional, the remainder of the chapter and the application of that provision to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
