Section 21615.
21615. When any agency expenditure exceeds five thousand dollars ($5,000), it shall be contracted for and let to the lowest responsible bidder after notice. (Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1128, Sec. 69.)
Section 21616.
21616. The board may establish the manner of calling for bids and letting contracts, and all contracts shall be entered into upon such terms and in such manner as the board may authorize. (Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1128, Sec. 69.)
