Section 35102.

35102. “Agricultural activity” has the same meaning as “agricultural activity, operation, or facility, or appurtenances thereof” as defined in subdivision (e) of Section 3482.5 of the Civil Code. (Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 822, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1993.)

Section 35103.

35103. “Authority” means the Santa Clara Valley Open-Space Authority created pursuant to this division in the County of Santa Clara. (Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 99, Sec. 4. (SB 422) Effective January 1, 2016.)

Section 35105.
