120000. This division shall be known and may be cited as the Mills-Deddeh Transit Development Act. (Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 294.)

120001. As used in this division, “board” means a county transit development board created pursuant to Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 120050). (Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 294.)
