Section 181005.

Section 181006.

181006. A majority of the members of the authority constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business, and all official acts of the authority require the affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the authority. (Added by Stats. 2009, Ch. 375, Sec. 1. (AB 881) Effective January 1, 2010.)

Section 181007.
