Section 37200.

37200. This part provides an alternative method for the levy, collection and enforcement of district assessments and the provisions of this part shall not apply to or affect any other provisions of this division. (Added by renumbering Section 36500 by Stats. 1959, Ch. 614.)

Section 37202.

37202. Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms used in this part shall mean: (a) “Board of supervisors” means the board of supervisors of each county within which a district is located.
