Section 72066.6.
72066.6. “Service supplier” shall mean any person required to collect a tax under the provisions of this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 291.)
Section 72066.2.
72066.2. “Charges” shall mean charges made for metered water or for minimum charges for services, including customers’ charges, service charges, demand charges, and capacity charges, but shall not include charges made for water which is to be resold and delivered through mains or pipes. 72066.3. “Month” shall mean a calendar month. (Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 291.)

72066.4. “Person” shall mean any domestic or foreign corporation, association, syndicate, joint stock company, partnership of any kind, joint venture, club, Massachusetts business or common law trust, society, individual, municipal corporation, and the state and any political subdivision thereof.
