74540. A district may acquire, construct, maintain, and operate recreational facilities in connection with any dams, reservoirs, or other works owned or controlled by the district. (Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 75.)

74541. A district may fix and assess reasonable charges for the use of the recreational facilities by members of the public, and may deposit any funds collected thereby with the treasurer to the credit of the district as provided in Section 74750. (Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 75.)
