79065.2. (a) There is hereby created in the account the State Capital Protection Subaccount. (b) For purposes of this article, “subaccount” means the State Capital Protection Subaccount created by subdivision (a). (Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 725, Sec. 1. The money in the subaccount, upon appropriation by the Legislature to the Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency, may be used by the Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency to pay the state’s share of the costs of flood management projects authorized by the United States to improve the level of flood protection in the state […]
