Section 3307.

3307. The Director of Corrections may establish and operate facilities to be known as community correctional centers. (Added by Stats. 1971, Ch. 1124.)

Section 3308.

3308. The primary purpose of such facilities is to provide housing, supervision, counseling, and other correctional programs for persons committed to the Director of Corrections. (Added by Stats. 1971, Ch. 1124.)

Section 3309.

3309. Commencing July 1, 2005, the Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation shall make rules and regulations for the government of the community correctional centers in the management of their affairs. (Amended by Stats. 2005, Ch. 10, Sec. 97. Effective May 10, 2005. Operative July 1, 2005, by Sec. 99 of Ch. 10.)

Section 3310.

3310. The Director of Corrections may transfer persons confined in the California Rehabilitation Center, or branches thereof, to community correctional centers and place persons on outpatient status in community correctional centers. (Added by Stats. 1971, Ch. 1124.)
