Section 11-74-2 – Definitions.

Section 11-74-2 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, “Africatown Historic District” means all portions of that area designated as the Africatown Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places lying within the corporate limits of a Class 2 municipality. (Act 2021-193, §2.)
