Section 15-9-85 Escape by prisoner after request filed. Escape from custody by any prisoner subsequent to his execution of a request for final disposition of an untried indictment, information or complaint voids the request. (Acts 1978, No. 590, p. 693, §6.)

Section 15-9-87 Notice to prisoners of provisions of article.
