Section 16-25-81.1 – Adjustment of Survivor Allowance.
Section 16-25-81.1 Adjustment of survivor allowance. The survivor allowance shall be adjusted as provided in Sections 16-25-80 and 16-25-81 for those eligible retirees who have selected a monthly survivor allowance payable to a designated beneficiary upon the death of the retiree.
