Section 16-60-338 Funding. The institute shall be funded by legislative appropriation to the Alabama State Board of Education – Two Year College System. (Act 2006-230, p. 414, §9.)

Section 16-60-339 – Enrollment.

Section 16-60-339 Enrollment. It is the intent of the Legislature that Marion Military Institute shall be allowed to honor its commitment to all students enrolled in any program as of March 13, 2006.
