Section 29-2-20.1 Meetings of the Joint Legislative Prison Oversight Committee. The Joint Legislative Prison Oversight Committee, created in Section 29-2-20, shall meet quarterly to perform its duties, including review and discussion of reports submitted to the committee. At least one meeting each year shall include an opportunity for public testimony. (Act 2021-480, §2.)
