Section 45-19-82 Matrimony fees. The Judge of Probate of Coosa County is hereby authorized, at his or her discretion, to not charge for celebrating the rites of matrimony. Any such fee, when charged by the judge of probate, may be retained by the judge of probate. (Act 80-661, p. 1340, §1.)
