Section 45-2-120.04 Hearing required for separation from county employment. All classified county employees who have successfully completed a probationary period with the county shall not be separated from county employment without the minimum of a hearing with the employees’ department head and the personnel director if requested by the employee. Section 45-2-120.05 Powers and duties of county commission. The county commission shall establish a personnel system for Baldwin County and create a personnel department.
