Section 45-23-130.06 – Office Space and Equipment.
Section 45-23-130.06 Office space and equipment. The commission shall furnish the county engineer with an office within the county and all necessary office supplies, equipment, communication, utilities, and necessary transportation to accomplish his or her duties under this section.
