Section 45-27-244.39 – Implementation.

Section 45-27-244.39 Implementation. The implementation of this subpart shall become effective when the county commission receives a letter from the tax collector stating that all equipment is in place and the tax collector is ready to commence collection of the taxes pursuant to Section 45-27-244.30.
