Section 45-40-233.41 Definitions. (a) BOARD. The Lawrence County Rehabilitation Board, composed of the following members: The judge of probate of the county; the sheriff of the county; and the Lawrence County Commission. (b) INMATE. Employees of the board or persons designated by the board are authorized to make investigation and recommendations pertaining to the validity of requests for job opportunities for inmates and to otherwise assist the sheriff in the implementation of the program herein authorized.
