Section 45-44-20.02 – Distribution of Funds From Sunday Sales.

Section 45-44-20.02 Distribution of funds from Sunday sales. (a) This section shall apply only to Macon County. (b) The Macon County Commission shall distribute forty thousand dollars ($40,000) per annum from the sale of alcoholic beverages after 12:00 P.M. on Sunday to the Macon County Public Library.
