Section 45-45-200 Boat licenses. The License Commissioner of Madison County is hereby authorized to issue boat licenses pursuant to Chapter 5, Title 33, by mail and may collect an additional issuance fee in an amount not exceed two dollars ($2) to cover the expense of mailing such licenses.
