Section 7-9A-809 Priority. Act 2014-374 determines the priority of conflicting claims to collateral. However, if the relative priorities of the claims were established before July 1, 2014, Article 9A as it existed before amendment determines priority. (Act 2014-374, p. 1339, §2.)
