§ 23.1-3010. Proceeds; trust funds
All moneys received by the Medical School pursuant to this chapter, whether as proceeds from the sale of bonds or as revenues, are trust funds to be held and applied solely as provided in this chapter. 2016, c. 588.
§ 23.1-3011. Discrimination prohibited
In hiring practices and in the procurement of goods and services, the Medical School shall not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions, age, marital status, or disability. 2016, c. 588; 2020, c. 1137.
§ 23.1-3012. Exemptions
