§ 33.2-3700. Definitions
As used in this chapter, unless the context requires a different meaning: “Authority” means the Central Virginia Transportation Authority. “Fund” means the Central Virginia Transportation Fund. 2020, c. 1235.

§ 33.2-3702. Central Virginia Transportation Authority created
The Central Virginia Transportation Authority is hereby created as a body politic and as a political subdivision of the Commonwealth.
