§ 38.2-703. Cease and desist orders may be entered
If, after a hearing, the Commission finds that there has been a violation of § 38.2-700 or § 38.2-701, it may issue an order reciting its findings and directing the insurer or director to cease and desist from the violation. 1952, c. 317, § 38.1-61; 1986, c. 562.
