§ 66-12. Definitions
Unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context, as used in this title: “Board” or “State Board” means the Board of Juvenile Justice; “Child” means any natural person under eighteen years of age; “Department” means the Department of Juvenile Justice; “Director” means the Director of Juvenile Justice. 1989, c. 733.

§ 66-8. Meetings
The Board shall meet at such times as it deems appropriate and on call of the chairman when in his opinion meetings are expedient or necessary. However, the Board shall meet at least four times each calendar year. 1989, c. 733.
