420.426 Eligible applicants.—To receive a grant, an applicant must: (1) Be a local government within this state; (2) Be able to demonstrate a clear need for the financial assistance made available through ss. 420.421-420.429; and (3) Be certified by the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation as a participant.
