§ 20-2-2095. Short Title

This article shall be known and may be cited as the “Charter School Capital Finance Act.” History. Code 1981, § 20-2-2095 , enacted by Ga. L. 2008, p. 619, § 1/HB 831.

§ 20-2-2095.1. Definitions

As used in this article, the term: “Capital outlay” includes, but is not necessarily limited to, expenditures which result in the acquisition of fixed assets, existing buildings, improvements to sites, construction of buildings, construction of additions to buildings, retrofitting of existing buildings for energy conservation, and initial and additional equipment and furnishings for educational facilities.
