§ 27-3-130. Short Title

§ 27-3-131. “Protected Species” Defined
As used in this article, the term “protected species” means a species of animal life which the department shall have designated as a protected species and shall have made subject to the protection of this article. History. Ga. L. 1973, p. 932, § 2.

§ 27-3-133. Penalty for Violation of Rules and Regulations of Board
