§ 35-9-7. Compensation
The compensation of a special policeman shall be fixed in such amount as may be agreed upon between him and the state, political subdivision, department, agency, or district requesting his employment; and the latter shall be liable for the payment thereof. History. Ga. L. 1943, p. 595, § 6.
