§ 40-8-183. Penalty

Any person who violates any provision of this part shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10.00 nor more than $25.00. History. Ga. L. 1971, p. 186, § 3.
