Any proprietor, lessee, manager, or agent of an inn or hotel covered by this article who is authorized to control the conditions of such inn or hotel and who violates any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. History. Ga. L. 1910, p. 88, § 6; Code 1933, § 52-9902.
