1-3-2.2-1. “Boundary County”
Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, “boundary county” refers to any of the following: (1) Elkhart County. (2) LaGrange County. (3) LaPorte County. (4) St. Joseph County. (5) Steuben County. As added by P.L.108-2019, SEC.37.

Sec. 5. (a) A commission member is not entitled to compensation for service on the commission. (b) A commission member is entitled to reimbursement for expenses actually incurred in connection with the member’s duties as provided in the state policies and procedures established by the Indiana department of administration and approved by the budget agency.
