10-19-11-7. Duty of Person Transporting, Handling, Using, or Storing Ionizing Radiation Sources
Sec. 7. A person transporting, handling, using, storing, or keeping ionizing radiation sources shall: (1) transport, handle, use, store, or keep the ionizing radiation sources so as to prevent unnecessary radiation; and (2) make every effort to keep exposures as low as is reasonably achievable.
