Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, “autism” means an autism spectrum disorder that is described in the most recent edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders of the American Psychiatric Association. Sec. 3. (a) The Indiana resource center for autism in cooperation with the appropriate state agencies shall do the following: (1) Provide informational services about autism.
