13-20.5-6-1. Information to Be Provided by Retailers to Households
Sec. 1. A retailer that sells new video display devices shall provide information to households that: (1) describes where and how households may recycle video display devices; and (2) advises households of opportunities and locations for the convenient collection of video display devices for recycling.
