15-13-4-1. Title to Property

15-13-4-2. Fairgrounds Held in Trust; Disposal of Fairground Property

Sec. 2. (a) The commission holds the fairgrounds in trust for the state. (b) The commission may not dispose of any part of the fairgrounds except as authorized by a statute specifically providing for disposal of that part of the fairgrounds. 15-13-4-3. Disposal of Real Property; Consent of Governor

Sec. 3. The commission may not dispose of real property owned by the commission not covered under section 2 of this chapter without the consent of the governor. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-1.5-6-3.] As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.4.

15-13-4-4. Exemptions; Taxes, Fees, and Licenses

Sec. 4. The fairgrounds and property of the commission are exempt from the following: (1) State taxes. (2) Local taxes. (3) License fees. (4) Special assessments. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-1.5-6-4.] As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.4.

15-13-4-5. Interest in Fairgrounds or Property
