Sec. 3. The maternity assistance development fund is established for the purpose of making grants to eligible applicants in accordance with this chapter and rules adopted under this chapter. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-2.5-3-3(a).] As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.9.
