16-27-5-1. Definitions

Sec. 1. The definitions in IC 16-27-1 apply throughout this chapter. As added by P.L.143-2022, SEC.46.

16-27-5-2. “Office”

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “office” refers to the office of the secretary of family and social services established by IC 12-8-1.5-1. As added by P.L.143-2022, SEC.46.
