16-31.5-14-4. Ems Personnel Agreements Between States

Sec. 4. Nothing contained in this compact shall be construed to invalidate or prevent any EMS personnel licensure agreement or other cooperative arrangement between a member state and a nonmember state that does not conflict with the provisions of this compact. As added by P.L.3-2020, SEC.1.
