16-31.5-3-1. Determination of Individual’s Home State

Sec. 2. Any member state may require an individual to obtain and retain a license to be authorized to practice in the member state under circumstances not authorized by the privilege to practice under the terms of this compact. As added by P.L.3-2020, SEC.1.
