Sec. 2. (a) Except as otherwise provided, a person who recklessly violates or fails to comply with this article commits a Class B misdemeanor. (b) Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-35-1.] As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.14.
