16-31-8.5-3. Emergency Medical Services Fund

16-31-8.5-4. Administration

Sec. 4. (a) The department shall administer the fund. (b) The department shall deposit money collected under IC 16-31-2, IC 16-31-3, and IC 16-31-3.5 in the fund at least monthly.
