16-49-4-3. Confidentiality Statements
Sec. 3. All members of the statewide child fatality review committee and any individuals invited to attend a meeting of the statewide child fatality review committee shall sign a confidentiality statement prepared by the state child fatality review coordinator. As added by P.L.119-2013, SEC.3.
