2-5-50-5. Meetings and Records Open to the Public
Sec. 5. All meetings of the task force shall be open to the public in accordance with and subject to IC 5-14-1.5. All records of the task force shall be subject to the requirements of IC 5-14-3. As added by P.L.99-2022, SEC.1.

2-5-50-7. Recommendations; Report
Sec. 7. The task force shall, not later than November 1, 2022, report the task force’s findings and recommendations: (1) in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 to the executive director of the legislative services agency for distribution to the members of the general assembly; and (2) to the governor.
