20-19-10-4. Chairperson

Sec. 4. (a) The lieutenant governor or the lieutenant governor’s designee shall serve as the chairperson of the commission. (b) The commission shall meet at the call of the chairperson. As added by P.L.39-2021, SEC.2.

20-19-10-5. Quorum; Votes
